Refund policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may purchase the replacement item in a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
For EU returns, items must still be in the same condition in which you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
