Below you will find all details regarding processing and shipping times for both physical and digital products.


Order Processing Time

We ship all physical orders within 24 hours from the moment we receive the order.

Please note:
Processing times exclude weekends and holidays.
Orders placed on Friday after 12:00, during weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Times (Worldwide)

The estimated delivery time for physical products is:

15–21 working days worldwide

Shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, or external delays (weather, courier issues, etc.).

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email (if applicable).


Digital Products

Digital products are available for instant download immediately after purchase.

Taxes, VAT, and Customs

All prices on our website are VAT included.

We ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) wherever possible.
This means that, for eligible countries, all taxes and customs duties are already covered and your package will be delivered directly to you without additional charges.

However, in countries where DDP is not available, you may be required to pay import taxes, VAT, customs duties, or handling fees when the goods arrive at your local customs office.

In such cases, these charges are your responsibility and are determined by your country’s regulations.
We recommend checking local customs rules for more information.


Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be required to repay the full shipping cost to have the package resent.
This fee cannot be waived, as the courier charges us again for the reshipment.

If you realize that your address is incorrect after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@gatesofkrystalia.com.

 We may still be able to update it if the order has not yet shipped.
